"Staying at your hotel was really a treat. With you being off Holmes and 105th Street it only took me 20 minutes to get to "where the action was." I liked the idea that you had quaint residences right across the street. I enjoyed myself so much I extended my visit to KC by an extra day. The staff was all very helpful especially the lady working the front desk on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The cook/server was friendly as well. Please continue your fine work."

"Negatives- Motel has a newer face put upon it. The rooms were redone, some of the flooring was sealed enough. The TV had an issue with some buttons not working, but maintenance changed the batteries and it was fine. The problem I had is there no power to the only outlet where the table was for my laptop. Positives- The refrigerator was over 3 feet tall, in which I could use more efficiently. The bed was comfortable. The best part was dealing with the staff. Everyone was extremely positive and helpful when needed. It as the best part of my experience"

"This was a great place to stay for our vacation. I only have two things that I was not happy about but they are small compared to how nice the place was. It would be nice to have a safety bar put in the shower and outside the shower to get in and out without slipping. Also there was nothing on the floor of the tub to keep from slipping in the tub. I almost fell a couple times trying to get out. The room was like a small apartment which was great for two couples. Each room had its own bathroom and there was lots of other amenities too. Washer and dryer in bathroom, full stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms and main sitting room was clean. Definitely worth the five stars."

"We stayed here for vacation and the hotel itself was great. Unfortunately, there were an insane amount of people staying here with a kids soccer tournament the same time we were. The pool could physically not fit any more people in it due to the amount of kids already swimming. I’ve never seen anything like it, it was chaotic. We tried to make a little room for our 4 year old to get to swim and kept getting kicked, jumped on, etc so we left after about 15 minutes. The parents of all these kids were all sitting around drinking and socializing outside so nobody was really watching them. With how many there were in the pool and how crazy they were being, it honestly made me nervous that nobody was really watching them. There was another family with little kids that tried to come in and they left. Also, we have a kiddo that still naps and these kids were running up and down the hallways literally screaming for over an hour during the afternoons and then late at night (10:30+) as well. My husband went out and talked with them but they kept screaming. (A lot of the kids had their own rooms they were sharing and they’d run back and fourth to each others room and scare each other and scream) We understand that it’s a fun time for those kids but it was really disrespectful how they acted and it was terrible for those of us with littles. It was a great hotel but unfortunately if you’re traveling for fun with little kids that want to swim or get naps in, I’d avoid this place."
