Remodeled Cottage on Rehoboth Bay with 3 acres. Only 8 miles from the beaches
Enjoy all the Delaware Beaches have to offer in a country quiet waterfront 3-acre setting overlooking wetlands and the Rehoboth Bay. Centrally located to Downtown Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, DE. Watch beautiful sunrises on the bay with abundant wildlife and resident Bald Eagles. Close to beaches and bays, restaurants, shopping and family entertainment.
Plenty of privacy and parking. Entire completely renovated 1st floor 2-bedroom unit with all new kitchen, appliances, bath, flooring, paint, heating/central air, remote control lighted ceiling fans, and windows with private entrances to decks, screen porch and large yard to enjoy.
Located on Rehoboth Bay for gorgeous views but there is NO water access from the property and adjoining canal is private property that is not owned by us (wetlands are environmentally protected so they provide excellent bird and wildlife observations).
2nd level unit and deck are private and may be owner occupied.
