Inside, soaring windows flood the home with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere that instantly puts you on 'vacation time.' Bring your gear and your sense of adventure! As our guest, you are just moments away from: Water Access: Explore the local waterways via the community boat ramp (daily/weekly access available for a small fee). Fishing & Crabbing: Drop a line or a crab pot nearby and experience the bounty of the bay. Kayaking: Paddle through the serene coastal waters at your own pace. Community Perks: Your stay includes 6 complimentary pool passes to the sparkling community pool (Open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Enjoy on-site tennis and basketball courts for some friendly competition. The home is fully equipped to handle a crowd of up to 11 guests. Chef’s Kitchen: Modern appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher) make post-adventure meal prep a breeze. Entertainment: A cozy living area features a gaming system and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows (use your personal accounts). Dog-Friendly: No family member gets left behind! Important Guest Notes: Pool Access: We provide 6 passes. For larger groups, additional passes can be purchased at the Community Office ($10/day, Mon–Fri during business hours). Sleeps 11: Plenty of room for multi-generational families or group retreats. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Overall, good experience! Open concept of the living room area, good amenities, safety neighborhood, ample parking stay, pet-friendly that can accommodate max. 2 dogs; suggest provide instruction on how to adjust main temperature thermostat.

Great place to stay

We booked last minute because of a last minute schedule change and we had zero issues! Plenty of room to spread out. We stayed with our family, my brother and our parents. The kids had the whole downstairs to play while the adults relaxed upstairs. Community pool was relaxing and they even have adult swim. THATS A WIN FOR ME.

This was an overall excellent property. Everything was wonderful for my family and me. We would come back for sure. Our only two concerns was that the homes original heating syatem was still in place, though not functional. It was at child level and had physical equipment attached to walls that didn’t but could have cause minir cuts and scraps. The scond less important and just as concerning is the bits of trash and pet hair in between all the couch cusions and couch frames and trash in the outdoor screened in patio, If that is missed what else is overlooked.
