"This hotel was exactly as pictured. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely, jetted tub with a separate shower. The hotel itself was located across the street from Laval University and a food court that had delicious options. It was also adjacent to a Boston Pizza that got pretty packed most evenings with locals. This limits parking for the actual guests which is a bit annoying. The food at Boston Pizza is terrible, but it's a franchise so we didn't expect much. The pool area was small but good for children. The gym is also quite small but sufficient. Every tourist attraction is no more than 20 minutes from the hotel, which was quite convenient. I believe this was worth the money as we got a deal. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a few minor issues that was addressed within minutes. I have never seen such a proactive, prompt hotel team. I would recommend this hotel especially to families with children as some rooms have kitchens."

"J'ai bien aimé la grandeur de la suite King avec divan. Moins aimé la douche car le bain est tres haut pour femme de 5 pieds et aussi extrêmement glissant..pas de tapis de bain.. Pas assez d'employés au déjeuner donc. Manque toujours quelque chose et l'employé fait son possible..beaucoup de mondes au déjeuner..longue attente . J'ai aimé le lit très confortable et aussi le contrôle facile pour A/C..Le fauteuil pour le bureau a vraimeng fait son temps. Un bureau pour mettre les vêtements à des tiroirs profonds très bien. Le Frigo j'en ai jamais vu des si petits,trop petits..Le soir on ne peut pas demander une ampoule à l'accueil, ça prend le responsable de la maintenance le lendemain, ouf....c'était tranquille la nuit et les rideaux étaient OK.. Les machines distributrices çà prend la monnaie exacte donc on a plus beaucoup de monnaie sur nous en 2026. Résumé bien localisé, bon matelas,pas de bruit mais j'apporterais un cooler et un tapis de bain"

"We loved our stay, amazing pool area and jaccuzzi. The whole environment felt like resort at the pool area. Loved night time live music and good singers. Things were concerning the smell around the rooms and room were not renovated, rooms were not sound proof, we could hear outside loading truck sounds early in the morning on first day."
