"Quaint cottage in Richmond, Indiana. Very peaceful location even though close to downtown. My sisters, our daughters, and I enjoyed spending time in such a beautiful setting."
"The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was excellent!!!"
