Beautiful villa right on the beach for 18 people

  • House with incredible charm ideally located by the sea at 50 m.
    The garden is landscaped in such a way that everyone can enjoy it to the fullest, not forgetting the magnificent pine trees that overlook the sun loungers (sheltered from the wind by the cliff).
    It is composed on the ground floor of a living room adjoining the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
    Upstairs which is a duplex, another kitchen, living room, a master bedroom bed 160 with en-suite bathroom, a terrace facing the sea, another terrace with barbecue and since it is a duplex, upstairs two bedrooms with terrace facing the sea and a bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom.
    Large garden sheltered from the wind thanks to the cliff.
