The room was good, but the elevators to the north were wonky and very busy. On one occasion the elevators were stuck on the main floor and leaving the via stairs ended outside on the far side of the building, and you had to walk around the building to get back inside. We had text notifications about using elevators in the other wings, but we couldn't find how to do this.

A perfect place to stay!!

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Nice hotel. Clean, good location, helpful staff. Got lucky with an unusually large room for our 3 night stay
