The apartment has capacity for 3 people, one with a very comfortable sofa bed.


Distance to the main park is 5 minutes and 5 minutes to the airport by motorcycle or car, safe travel.
Space
You can enjoy the pure, fresh air on the balcony that has pleasant rocking chairs, in addition to observing kilometers of birds such as parrots, macaws, among others, at sunset starting at approximately 4:30 pm.


You have a state-of-the-art television in the living room: 40-inch SMART TV (connected to the internet)


In your kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare your food (cutlery set, coffee maker, blender, glass set, pot set , spoon set, chocolate maker, plates, dish soap and cleaners). You will also have basic kitchen items. The pantry likes salt and coffee sugar oil. You will have a bar table and two bar chairs.


Don't worry about drinking water, you have a WATER FILTER so you have peace of mind and have permanent availability! Forget about buying bottles or gallons, you don't need it here!


You have air conditioning in your room for a cool and pleasant stay, relieving the high temperatures of the place, there is a closet to organize your belongings and a bedside table with a lamp that has wireless charging so you can charge your cell phone without the need for cables .
In your room you find a double bed, WIFI in all areas of the apartment.
The apartment has a main bathroom that is equipped with its own set of towels, in addition to towels for each guest, you will also have hand and body soap.


A sofa bed in the living room where you can comfortably sleep 1 EXTRA person! (it will have an additional cost) It is the most convenient and comfortable thing about this apartment!


In the back you can have the patio that has a laundry room and cleaning supplies such as a broom, dustpan and mop, as well as ropes to spread clothes.
