"One of the worst Motel 6 ever stayed at. Noisy heater. Room felt like a prison"

"We arrived after a terribly long drive to get some sleep and rest for a bit. The front desk person was nice and accomodating. He gave us a key, didnt work so walk all the way back and he says he will come with us to try another key. This doesnt work as we were trying to get into an occupied room. Says he will put us into another room. We are exhausted but wait. He puts us in another room. Everthing is fine enough but the room is pretty dirty. I didnt even use the coffee pot the next day bc looked like a sesspool, and im not even a germaphobe. Tv doesnt work, called front desk he says i can come help. Ive already put on a nightgown and taken my bra off but... eh ok .. Put clothes back on.. he comes and kinds of helps. Its now 11pm. Just want to fall asleep to tv. BUT its Helllllla slow bc some wifi set up and no tv and so i give up. Theres lots of shady characters at this hotel and one in particular acrossed from my room. Yelling and screaming all night. At 5 am 5:15. 5:17, 5:30 the guy sets off the fire alarm smoking or something and screaming and then slamming doors. The ppl surrounding me are also pissed and now none of us can go back to sleep. 6 am the alarm in room next to mine starts going off... its a vacant room so no one to turn off. Have to call front desk to come turn off.. like 10 mins later its turned off. Couldnt go back to sleep.. Paid $100 to not sleep.!? And then i went to check out and the p"

"We were delighted to find a raised feeding station for our pup! That was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well organized. There was plenty of cabinet space for our groceries and large pantry for storage"

"Breakfast was great, staff was on top of keeping it refilled throughout breakfast hours. Staff was super nice. The key cards kept not working so that was a little annoying. If you can't do stairs you're gonna wanna let them know ahead of time cause there's a downstairs and am upstairs and not many rooms on the main level with no stairs. On Expedia it's advertised as having an accessible pool and a hot tub. The pool is NOT accessible. The only way to the pool area is via stairs, and the lift thingy thats supposed to be used definitely looks like it doesn't work. (I was temporarily wheelchair bound a while back due to neurological stuff and now notice that stuff lol). The hot tub is lukewarm at best. That was super disappointing. But the staff were extremely friendly!! I've also never seen a pet friendly hotel they actually allows cats! So I thought that was cool. "

"There was no water in the hot tub. Definitely an older property . Bathtub was stained and dingy"

"Property old, A/C roared all night with problems, no real breakfast besides cereal, said there was breakfast sandwiches but there was none, tiny 20 inch tv. "

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They cleaned the room daily. The assortment of food for breakfast was really good for being included, but the quality of it could use some attention. For hot food, did not duplicate for the three mornings I was there. Overall great stay right near the freeway, indoor pool and hot tub"
