"I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family "

"Fantastically facility. Great for kids. Outdoor mall nearby for food options. But a bit sanitized - a gated community isolated from the slightly chaotic “real Bali” that I kinda like. "
