"Bar and food was good…"

"There was no Internet access on the TV so I couldn't watch TV for 3 days. I paid for a King bed and was forced to settle with a double bed room, staff lied about putting me in King room on day 2. I never was accomodated, the shower didn't drain properly so water was floating from the drain as we took showers, the property has several visibly sick cats living there, the front desk staff lied about the Internet not working because of a "storm" earlier in the day. The Internet connected to phone fine but wouldn't connect to the TV. The front desk said they don't offer accomodations for any mishaps with bookings. It's a convenient location but the staff isn't friendly and the hotel itself isn't worth the headache. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! "

"The staff was very accommodating the beach is beautiful. It was like home away from. The rooms are spotless and fridge is always stocked. Everyone is very nice but Ersa goes above and beyond she is very down to earth. Richie the bartender along with the others were fantastic. My family and I had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to visiting again. We also enjoyed the butler service. We also visited Shirley Heights, breathtaking views and the food and music was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. "

" The pictures do this place justice. While the units do look like the pictures, these pictures were clearly taken pre-hurricane. The property is pretty damaged from the hurricane and the first unit they gave us had mold in it. We finally got into a second room four hours later and the shower had hair in it, all over the walls and floor. They don’t offer cleaning services for free, we were told that if we wanted cleaning services, there would be a fee. For the amount of money we paid for the room I would think cleaning is included. Having to call the bell hop, AKA the golf cart to take us to and from the room to and the lobby was a bit of a hassle when the bellhops expected to be tipped every single trip. The kitchen was stocked with essential dishes, all glass, no plastic and was pretty clean. We laid in the bed, both of us started itching. I couldn’t see any bed bugs, but the sheets definitely were not freshly cleaned. "
