Our villa of 300 sqm offers contemporary design while keeping the charm of the Caribbean architecture in the middle of Low Lands which is the most residential area in SXM (secure estate)
It is close to the beautiful beach of Bay Long(10 mn by walk)and to the five stars hotel La Samana
Our villa AZUR is perfect for families or friends :4 air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and 4 bathrooms and toilets and a very large living room with a fully equipped kitchen
The Wifi is free and very efficient ( Starlink)
It is located in a 10000 sqm tropical garden with private jacuzzi, pool , american barbecue, a lit tennis court and biological mosquito repellent system
Our local manager and our staff will be delighted to help you to organize your stay ( car rental ,boat rental, massages ,tennis courses, baby sitter, restaurant's booking...)
The villa is in the french side just near dutch side and its casinos, discos and restaurants
