The "Villa Bastion" is a 3-star listed house, completely renovated, in the heart of the Arago district. Ideally located just a stone's throw from the main beach, the market and shops, it can accommodate up to 10 people.



👉 Composition



Ground floor: large living area with 2 bunk beds (4 beds at 90cm), TV, bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Garage for bikes and beach equipment.



First floor: 2 double bedrooms with dressing rooms and high-end bedding, spacious bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail, separate WC.



Living room-bedroom: comfortable 160 sofa bed.



2nd floor: open-plan lounge-living area opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, electric barbecue/plancha. Equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee maker.

• Departure: by 10am (not after)

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
