The Pavilion 50m from the big beach
Beautiful apartment completely renovated in 2023, 50m from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, in the heart of the atypical area of the island Penotte.
Train station at 750m (10 min walk), 2 steps from the city center, markets and shops.
All you have to do is put your towel on the sand.
Housing consisting of:
Ground floor:
- kitchen/dining room/living room overlooking a small terrace.
- fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
- Separate toilet
Floor:
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed and own shower room
- 1 second bedroom with a bed 140
- all beds are equipped with a duvet and pillows available, household and toilet linen is not provided but can be rented from Armelle if needed
- 1 separate shower room with a second toilet
- numerous closets and storage
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.
