150 m from the Grande Plage, Sablaise Classified 3* house completely renovated on three levels.
You will be enchanted by the location, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, the Grande Plage at 150m, the fishing port recently transformed into a marina and the restaurants are located at 50m, the shops, pedestrian streets and the Central Halls at 300m.
Free Wifi, cleaning included, linen and towels provided.
Housing on 3 levels consisting as follows:
Ground floor:
- Bedroom with a bed 160 and a bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
1st floor:
- kitchen/dining room/living room
fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

2nd floor:
- Two bedrooms with 140 beds that communicate with each other via pocket doors.

Bonne rĂ©novation, lumineuse, bien dĂ©corĂ©e, cuisine trĂšs complĂšte permettant de se prĂ©parer de vrais repas. La literie est confortable. La salle d'eau et la salle de bains sont grandes et pratiques. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers donc Ă©viter enfants en bas Ăąge ou personne diminuĂ©e physiquement. La proximitĂ© de la plage, du port et des commerces permet de tout faire Ă  pieds. Stationnement impossible dans les rues, il faut donc demander un parking. Il faudrait prĂ©voir un aspirateur pour le mĂ©nage d'appoint en cours de sĂ©jour. En saison, il y a du bruit du fait de l'animation des bars, la fenĂȘtre des chambres donnant sur rue au 2iĂšme Ă©tage n'est pas suffisamment hermĂ©tique au bruit.

La maison est situĂ©e en plein centre-ville avec les commerces et les halles des sables d'olonne Ă  proximitĂ©, pile entre les restaurants et bars du port et le Remblais. L'inconvĂ©nient de cela est que les soirĂ©es sont animĂ©es et jusqu'Ă  2h du matin le week-end vous pourrez subir les nuisances des personnes frĂ©quentant le bar bondĂ© le Bronx juste Ă  moins de 100 m du logement. L'autre point nĂ©gatif et pour lequel nous aurions aimĂ© en ĂȘtre informĂ©s est que les murs de crĂ©pis s'effritent. On a passĂ© l'aspirateur et le balai tous les jours. Le pire est au niveau de la suite parentale au 1er Ă©tage, nous avons dĂ» dĂ©caler le lit afin que la poussiĂšre de crĂ©pis ne tombe plus sur nos oreillers !!!

La maison est joliment rĂ©novĂ©e et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Quelques bĂ©mols cependant : le sol en plexiglas dans les couloirs sont effrayants mĂȘme si ils doivent ĂȘtre rĂ©sistants ; la gestion par une conciergerie donne l'impression d'ĂȘtre dans un appart'hotel plutĂŽt que dans une location entre particuliers : il manque de cĂŽtĂ© chaleureux qu'on trouve en gĂ©nĂ©ral sur abritel. La maison est oriente au nord dans une rue Ă©troite. Ca doit ĂȘtre agrĂ©able l'Ă©tĂ©, c'est un peu sombre les jours de pluie en fĂ©vrier. Mais cet emplacement fait aussi le charme de la maison... Au global, nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette jolie petite maison de ville, entre plage et port !

Emplacement, Ă©quipement de la maison, confort du lit, SDB bien conçue, rangements, accueil, etc. Parquet qui grince au premier niveau. Quand quelqu’un se rĂ©veille, tout le monde est au courant. Mais pas de quoi bouder son plaisir, la maison est top :-)
