The accommodation consists of:• Bright living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, Wifi, dining table and fireplace• Adjacent fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Krups coffee maker...• 4 bedrooms:– 1 with 2 single beds 90 and wardrobe– 1 with double bed 140 and chest of drawers– 1 with double bed 140, large wardrobe and walk-in wardrobe– 1 with double bed 140 adjoining bathroom (shower, washbasin, storage)• 1 bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer• Separate toilet Exterior:• Enclosed and quiet garden• Wooden terrace with pergola, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue• Private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing or enjoying summer evenings• Parking: 1 space in front of the house free street parking• Electric charging point available (with additional charge) Location:– 6 min by car from shops and the Presidents' beach– 10 min by bike from Tanchet beach– 12 min by car from the fishing port and restaurants of Les Sables d'Olonne Practical Information Accommodation Hours• Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after) Late ArrivalsA late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.
