  • The apartment offers an unobstructed 180° view of the Ocean, the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne and the entrance to the mythical Vendée Globe channel.

    Apartment on the 2nd floor with lift. The dining room can accommodate 5 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom comprises a 140 bed and 2 bunk beds, a fourth bed is available in the lounge (very comfortable 160 sofa bed). Bathroom and separate WC.

    The apartment has 8 bay windows offering a magnificent panorama.

    Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be hired (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath mat, bath towel, hand towel, tea towels)

    Cleaning is included.

    The La Chaume district is a lively neighbourhood, it is the historic district of fishermen, considered the cradle of the city. Along the quay, numerous bars and restaurants create an ever-present island atmosphere. You will have access on foot to all shops (bakery-pastry shop, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist-newsagent, fishmonger) and a quality market.

    You have a choice of beaches, Paracou, 15 minutes' walk from La Chaume, on the wild coast. Sheltered by dunes and forest, this pretty sandy and rocky beach appeals to families seeking space, away from the crowds, as well as to rock pool fishing enthusiasts who make it their favourite playground during high tides. Ideal for enjoying the sunset!!!

    You can also reach the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne using the "passeur", located at the foot of the apartment in summer.
