  • This family or friends accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities of Les Sables d'Olonne in a very quiet area where it is easy to park for free and completely renovated in 2024

    Ideally located 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the beach and the city centre on foot
    For your shopping there is a large Leclerc Ylium shopping centre 5 minutes away by car and a Market crossroads 2 min
    And a very good Babaéclair bakery
    this accommodation offers 3 personalised bedrooms including a master suite with a 160 cm bed and 2 others with a 160 and 140 cm bed and a baby cot plus a 1 person fold-out bed

    1 laundry room and spaces for 4 bicycles
    Upstairs, 1 kitchen equipped with all appliances, 1 central island to have a good time, 1 Sam's table, 1 large sofa making bed also 1 little reading corner in a cosy decoration that I made
    Outside a south-facing garden chairs plancha table deckchairs parasol
    Also 1 travel cot has a bathtub and safety barriers for the top and bottom of the stairs
    Everything has been refurbished in 2024 for the interior and exterior of the house

Nous avons apprécié notre sejour mais aurions aimé etre informés que l'escalier en colimaçon était difficilement praticable pour des personnes agées. La télévision de la chambre parentale n'avait aucun accès direct aux chaines françaises, sauf en passant par un site internet, sans TF1 ? , et M6 payant lors d'un match.De plus, nous avons eu la désagreable surprise de trouver les propriétaires dans notre jardin au retour de notre sortie, ils auraient pu nous prevenir par politesse.
