ROSE Vacances presents this duplex house located in a quiet and central area of Les Sables d’Olonne. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it offers a practical layout, ideal for family holidays or a stay with friends. Just steps away: shops, restaurants, beaches within walking distance, local market, bike paths, and lovely coastal walks.



The house is arranged over two levels:

On the ground floor: one bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a separate toilet for added comfort.

In the lower level: a living room with TV, dining table, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, and a Senseo coffee machine, plus a bathroom with shower.

Outside: a private patio with an outdoor table and electric plancha — perfect for enjoying summer evenings.



A simple and functional home, ideally located for exploring Les Sables d’Olonne while enjoying a peaceful setting.



Nearby: shops, cafés, market, restaurants, beach and port within walking distance, bike rentals and cycling paths just around the corner, quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

Logement passable

Quelques déboires dès l arrive avec un lustre de chambre tombé au sol, des soucis de plomberie ( fuite, problème de canalisation) manger a l extérieur a été compliqué avec les odeurs qui étaient très désagréable, pas de cafetière Senseo comme le prévoit la photo, pas de place de parking ( sinon payante) gratuite a 1kms 3, un technicien est venu pendant notre séjour, or celui-ci aurait pû venir après notre départ, j'ai demandé un geste commercial pour tous ces désagréments mais pas de réponse, je suis déçu qui plus est, première expérience avec Abritel.Je pense que le service de conciergerie devrait contrôler davantage avant l arrivé dès voyageurs.
