The Swan House, single-story and newly built, offers 50 m² of modern comfort in a quiet residential neighborhood, just minutes from the beach and shops. You really feel like you're on vacation here!



Living Spaces



The 25 sq m living room, bright and facing south, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: ideal for preparing delicious little dishes after a day of walking.



The living room provides access to a pleasant wooden terrace, without overlooking neighbors, where you will enjoy a garden lounge and a private jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation



Jacuzzi info: From October 1st to April 30th, the jacuzzi is offered as an option at a rate of $25/night.



The night area is structured as follows:

•1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (160×200)

•1 bedroom with two single beds which can also be combined (180×200)

•1 ultra-recent bathroom with walk-in shower

•1 independent toilet



A parking space in front of the house will greatly facilitate your life.



Please note that a second house, identical and nearby, is also available for rent. It is entirely possible to book the entire property to accommodate up to 8 travelers.



Practical Information



Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
