Beautiful renovated apartment with a large 50 m2 south-facing terrace. Excellent location 200 meters from the beach and the shops of the Arago district. On the 1st floor without elevator, this rental includes an entrance hall, a living room with a 160 sofa bed, an American kitchen, a bedroom with 1 160 bed and a bedroom with 2 90 beds - Shower room with Italian shower and double sink - Separate WC - Pantry - Equipment: Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Gas hob, Washing machine - TV - Wifi access - Dishwasher. Terrace furniture and electric awning. Pets not allowed - End-of-stay cleaning possible (€50 + €1 per m²) linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towels €10/person). A cleaning deposit may be requested.
