Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a living room adjoining a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area ideal for your social gatherings. The house also features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a perfectly exposed and equipped courtyard for your al fresco meals or moments of relaxation, all with no overlooking view.

Upstairs, you will find three large bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed and offering plenty of storage space for your comfort. A second separate toilet is also located on this floor. The third bedroom has convenient access to a hallway that leads to the laundry room and the courtyard.
