  • Welcome to this Norwegian-style wooden house nestled in the village of Hatainville, just 1.2 miles from Carteret. Surrounded by meadows where magnificent horses roam, it offers direct access to the dunes and 10 miles of unspoiled wild beach. Enjoy an extraordinary view just a few hundred yards away.



    This Scandinavian and maritime-inspired residence features solid wood in its decor. On the ground floor, you will find a large living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, a bedroom, and a toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet await you.



    The south-facing terrace invites you to have lunch at the large wooden table or relax in the armchairs while contemplating nature. The garden has a large American barbecue and all the equipment you need to enjoy the outdoors to the full.

It’s a wonderful vacation home, equipped with all the amenities. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the dunes. The house is spacious and very cozy, and the garden offers all the privacy you could ask for. To reiterate: it’s a delightful home. Highly recommended!
