TRIGANO SYMPA mobile home, wooden terrace facing south, 1 bedroom with large double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Possibility of sleeping 6 people with sofa bed in the living room.
Located in a daisy on a plot of approximately 150 m2 at Les Charmettes 4 **** campsite (top 10 best campsite in France) in Charente Maritime in La Palmyre-Les Mathes near Royan. The mobile home and its garden are surrounded by hedges which will guarantee you peace and privacy.
Rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday or weekend (minimum 2 nights, except school holidays and except high season, June, July, August). The rental will be formalized by a seasonal rental contract.

EQUIPMENT:
Terrace, fan, radiator, barbecue, garden furniture and 2 deckchairs. Kitchen: fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, 4 burners and gas oven, crockery for 6 people. Room: HD satellite TV, cupboards. Bathroom and separate WC Bed linen is not provided but can be rented directly from the campsite. (duvets and pillows provided).
Ranked in the top 10, everything is there! sun, fine white sand beaches at 3 kms on the wild coast accessible by bike path and car, entertainment, relaxation, to spend unforgettable moments with family or friends!

Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested. The balance 40 days before the date of arrival as well as a deposit check of 720 € for the mobile home and 80 € for the cleaning (not cashed). In case of reservation within 40 days of the stay, the full amount will be requested.
The FUN PASS are your responsibility to access the park activities, to organize your vacation as you wish.
For smokers, a terrace is available (NON-SMOKING RENTAL). The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
