"The resort is very nice, and the rooms are well appointed. I struggled with the friendliness of the staff and the bar/restaurant in general. The food was good but given this is the hospitality industry I expected the staff to be more welcoming. The entertainment on Friday evening was too loud for the room and was not my taste in music. Think Tori Amos...very loud."

"Fabulous location and views! The house was perfect for our group of 7. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. Furnishings were great and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed and the house was well stocked with supplies. We stayed Christmas through New Years and the TV in the living room is small (27 inches). We wanted to watch the college football playoffs and our choice was to either huddle around the small TV where there was more seating in the living room or sit around the kitchen table as the large TV is in the kitchen eating area. I also wish there had been an option to set up a Christmas tree which we would have paid an additional fee to include. This has been an option at other rentals we have stayed at during the holidays. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay."
