Thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, this chalet captivates with its refined design, minimalist decor, and spaces that are both elegant and perfectly functional.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows bathe every room in natural light and offer a unique sense of living in harmony with the surrounding nature. As the day progresses, the light shifts and enhances the chalet’s clean lines, materials, and spaces, creating an ever-changing atmosphere.

This chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and features four bedrooms: three double bedrooms (queen-size bed, 160x200 cm) and one bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200 cm), providing four individual sleeping spaces.

For added comfort and privacy, each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom: sink, shower, and toilet—with the exception of the bathroom in the room with bunk beds, which has a sink and a shower. An elegant guest bathroom completes the living spaces.

Spread over a single floor, the chalet elegantly blends contemporary architecture, industrial charm, and timeless design. A unique place that is sure to impress lovers of architecture and memorable experiences.

Just a stone’s throw from the Prarion (300 m) and Bellevue (850 m) ski lifts, which serve the legendary Les Houches ski area. A 10-minute walk will take you to Les Houches Bellevue and its shops (bar, tobacco shop, restaurant), and a 4-minute drive will take you to the centre of the village of Les Houches and its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, etc.), although a few shops are located right next door, at the base of the Prarion ski lift, such as a ski equipment store and a bakery. City centre Chamonix is a 10-minute drive or public transit ride away.

To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30 to 40 minutes to reach Megève / Saint-Gervais and 1 hour 15 minutes to Geneva / Annecy.
The Viaduc Sainte-Marie train station in Les Houches is just a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to:
- Take the train to the Saint-Gervais / Megève (29 minutes to the Saint-Gervais-le-Fayet ski lift).
- To reach city centre Chamonix
