"The hotel’s condition was noticeably below expectations. The property appears quite worn, with carpets that are significantly aged—more so than what I’ve encountered in hotels of far lesser stated quality. Given the price point, the overall state of the facilities was surprising and difficult to justify. Breakfast, which we only attempted once, was particularly disappointing. Despite being included, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Food items were frequently empty, and it was challenging to find staff available to replenish them. The breakfast area itself was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal at all. While the inclusion of breakfast is appreciated in theory, in practice it did not meet even basic expectations since we had to go buy food at a nearby cafe when staff were too busy to replenish breakfast items after a considerable wait. "

"As advertised Other than the laundry which did not dry Anything, even with phone instructions, just a great spot. Visited twice, excellent both times , except for laundry issues both times. Easy access to Les Halles transit."

"Great hotel staff and a great location in the 1st/4th arrondisment area. A little quirky in that if you need towels, toilet paper, etc, you go get them yourself. Also, our room floor was quite dusty even after they cleaned. The only real issue was the ac temp is locked so our room got warm as we got quite a bit of sunlight. Not a bad thing except making the room warm. We left the balcony door open in the evenings to help cool the room. We never tried the breakfast but the 24 hour coffee service was fantastic!"

"The location was fantastic, the room was quiet, the shower worked well and the staff was wonderful. The included amenities were much appreciated. I will definitely stay here again. The bed was on the firmer side for my preference but still comfortable. "
