- A living room with open kitchen, facing south-east, with access to the balcony (sofa does not convert into a bed)
- A bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a built-in wardrobe.
- A functional bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilets and towel dryer

Fully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave/oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine with dryer, Internet, TV, outdoor furniture, clothes horse.
