Whether you are on a business trip or on vacation, alone, as a couple or as a family, the Punch is made for you! 🌿 Surrounded by vineyards, 5 minutes from the 18-hole golf course in Angers🏰 5 km from the castle of Brissac, the highest in France🛍️ All shops 5 minutes away - typical local markets on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays🚗 Quick access to Angers, the Loire by bike, and the treasures of AnjouLiving nearby, I will be able to advise you and answer your requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible :)So do not hesitate for a guaranteed change of scenery! To date, the Punch does not meet the criteria for welcoming people with disabilities The accommodation: The Punch whose capacity is 2 people, ideally 2 adults maximum or 1 adult and 1 child. The duplex is fully equipped. A bedroom upstairs with a double bed 160x200. A living room with open kitchen and 1 single bed, TV (Netflix, free wifi, an Italian shower room and a separate toilet. We offer you this service at the rate of: €10/single bed and €20/double bed (placed on the bed) to be paid on site in cash, otherwise you can obviously bring your bed sets (duvet provided) Size of the double bed 160x200 The extra options are to be paid on arrival in cash (we no longer take checks) If you opt for the bed linen and towels option, it will be available to you on the bed. In this case, please remove your sheets and leave only the protections (mattress and pillowcases) on the day of your departure. Its private terrace gives access to the pool to be shared, according to the displayed schedule. Secure and open swimming pool from May 1 to September 30. Accessible swimming pool with daily and rotating private slot during the week, according to schedule (see in photo gallery) so that each cottage enjoys the exclusive pool alone. Sunbeds available, straw with bbq gas, parasol, in enclosed garden. Free parking space in front of the residence.
