Great little house, just right for us. Peaceful location but near to facilities. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and plenty of towels and sheets. The host Liliane was most attentive and gave us good suggestions for an outing.

Wonderful experience

Amazing location; on one side the beautiful Vezere River with a grassy promenade, on the other a short walk past two restaurants up to the main street, with a bakery on one side and the prehistory museum across the street. The house is charming; it is small but the rooms are spacious. We loved the private courtyard. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water, plenty of towels. The hosts were extremely responsive to my questions. We felt fortunate to stay there. It was perfect for the two of us, a mother and adult daughter. We thought it beautiful and had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Our stay in Les Eyzies

The accommodation was situated on the river, near all the shops and the excellent museum of prehistory.. It was very calm and peaceful. Communication with the hostess was clear and easy.

A lovely house with 3 floors in a great location.

We loved the location with good restaurants, the Prehistoric Museum and a park just steps away. Our only complaint was “no Wi-Fi”, but they have a new washing machine. There is also a dedicated parking spot for the house.

Fantastically located house in middle of Les Eyzies. Next to river with east access to restaurants. House is simple but comfortable enough. Note no internet.

Good location

Was disappointed that the washer was not working that was why we booked. Had to make our bed when we arrived and hunt out the towels. Site also listed bbq on-site and it was rusted and nor sure it was useable. Yard is lovely but right below a hotel patio.

A really great property in a perfect setting. Right in the middle of the village, with a beautiful view of the river. The house was perfect for our family’s week long visit, with our daughter loving her time in the attic. The only thing that was slightly frustrating were some missing items for the kitchen. There was not kettle for making tea/coffee, no potholders, and no dish towels for drying dishes (which was necessary in the small kitchen). There also was no handsoap available in the bathroom. Still, a really great place and very nice owners. (Also take note, that Les Eyzies has no grocery shopping options, so be sure to purchase supplies before arriving in town!)

Das kleine Haus ist sehr alt, aber hübsch. Schön sind auch der kleine Garten und die Nähe zur Vézère und zum Bouleplatz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und es ist sauber. Auch die kurze Autofahrt nach Lascaux und weiteren Örtlichkeiten ist attraktiv. Beim Einzug war die aggressive Dominanz des verwendeten Raumparfüms unangenehm. Deshalb habe ich den Behälter nach draussen gestellt. Allerdings wurde das Parfüm dafür benötigt, den muffigen miefigen Kellergeruch zu überdecken. Das war am zweiten Tag unverkennbar und hat dazu geführt, dass ich nach 4 von 6 bezahlten Nächten den Aufenthalt abgebrochen habe. Das Haus sollte m.E. unter diesen Umständen nicht zur Miete angeboten werden.

Très jolie location .très bien située aux eyzies. Un séjour agréable malgré la canicule .l avantage de cette maison c est aussi d être à 10m de la vezere et de pouvoir s y baigner..maison ou il ne manque rien pour passer un super séjour.. une adresse à retenir.la communication avec la propriétaire est simple et sympathique.ne pas hésiter.

Decouverte de la Dordogne

Excellente situation pour rayonner dans la region. Endroit calme. La maison typique de la region est tres bien décorée. Petit hic : la très petite cuisine et l'agencement de la vaisselle si on aime cuisiner. Par ces fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu apprécier la fraicheur de la maison.
