"The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel chains do. Great views from my room and good breakfasts everyday. Plenty places to chose for lunch and dinner later in the day if needed."

The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! "The apartment was great and bigger than expected. The dedicated parking spot, ski locker in the basement and elevator in the building made it perfect for an easy ski getaway. There is a useful cut-through around the building to get quickly walk down to the main street in order to grab the bus to the main ski lift (Medran). The ski run near the building is not connected to the broader mountain - it's just a button lift for a small run for beginners/kids."
