"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

"We had an excellent 6 days here - could always find something to satisfy us food wise. Properties were a little dated by so clean and lovely we overlooked the age. The music nightime entertainment around the pool was a bit loud and travelled through to the rooms as they are not sound proofed. This did not ruin our experience and we would recomend the hotel to others."

"The reception staff were very friendly. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak, and I had to get a SIM card. The room was not clean — the floor had not been wiped, and the same towel was put back even though it had been used and was wet. "Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch.
