"Terrible unprofessional hotel. The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me. "Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. Parking is anywhere on the street so may not be as lucky as we were if you get there at the wrong time. You’ll also need a 4 x 4 car with snow tyres otherwise chains will limit your...

"Immediately welcoming on our first day. All staff very helpful. Accommodated different food preferences for our son. Evening meal was at 7:45pm - which was quite late for us. I think this varies depending upon what groups come in. Ski equipment hire on site - although we used the shop next door. It was a good fair price for a 2 star hotel. Just what we needed"
