"Our corner suite had an incredible view on the Lake of Neuchâtel with the Alps in the background, especially the 3 majestic "Bernoises", Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau ! The also have a fantastic rooftop bar (inside and outside with lake view) called "Waves". The hotel is conveniently located, close to the Place Pury and downtown Neuchâtel"

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. There is a touch-sensor in the room to operate the lights and the metal screens. It works some of the time. Other than this poorly-engineered concept of room ambience, we really loved our experience at the hotel. "
