"I was really pleased with our choice of Le Chamois D’Or. It is ideally located near the bottom of the magic carpet and Pioneers chair lift and really is ski in/out. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. We even had a balcony overlooking the piste. "Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

"This is a great apartment in a perfect location to enjoy the skiing in Tignes. Several ski lifts very close by. Slightly compact for 4 but manageable. I’d like to have seen more info available about the area available inside, maybe start a guest book with tips on restaurants, pistes etc. Great stay and we’d happily return. "Overall a nice chalet and a great position in the village, perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen and large living area with good size table. Great to have 3 showers and plenty of storage for 8 of us. Plenty of hot water and heating works well throughout. We would suggest an update to lounge/seating area but perhaps some lounge chairs. Village has 3 good resturants and bars are good. Well stocked Sherpa shop with fresh bread and all essentials. We will recommend to others!"

"The apartment is well positioned just opposite the bus terminus and entry to the commercial area. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. For the ski schools its a two minute walk to the right down hill. There were 11 of us in the apartment which felt about right. There are 14 beds but two of the rooms are very small with triple bunks. "The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping.
