The overall beauty and of course the amazing staff and the cleanliness of the property. The food in the restaurant was terrific, and we loved the rooftop bar. Also the variety of specialty cocktails we really enjoyed and took advantage of.

Everything inside the hotel was perfect. The area outside had a lot of homeless. There was a lot of food options outside. Just the area outside was just not that classy.
