Good location. Room and amenities were good. Staff was excellent, and was very responsive with our problem on the last day. Since the taxi driver could not pick us up in front of the hotel due to road closure, the staff helped us with our luggage to another location to meet our taxi driver.

The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

"Shout out to the brunette in glasses at the front who was so kind and understanding when I thought I lost my brother. Ended up finding him but she was the only one that was attentive to the situation. Made the trip great and I do appreciate the Parisian hospitality!"

"I needed a place near the train station for one night of good sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet so I got what I came for.
