"Unfortunately not at all as we expected. It really is in the middle of nowhere - so dangerous hairy roads to negotiate meaning no chance of fresh morning croissants. As to returning in the dark after a night out - definitely not! The interior is nicely decorated but not very cosy with a very basic kitchen definitely designed by someone who doesn't cook. We left after only one night!"

"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation. "

The pool is fantastic-very refreshing and just the right temperature with plenty of relaxing loungers around. The local village has everything you need and there are large supermarkets within 10 minutes drive plus many daily markets for beautiful fresh produce.The area has lots of great things to do and see for all tastes and...

"Grande maison avec un parc immense... Les enfants ont adoré !Il y a de la place pour chacun, la cuisine a beacoup d'accessoirs et c'est fort agreable."

"Idéalement situé à 1 heure max de tous les sites touristiques de la région : Albi, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Revel, Toulouse… Boulangerie à 5 minutes et supermarché à 15 minutes. Lieu parfait pour des vacances au calme et en famille. Animaux de compagnie acceptés. Pas de Clim mais les épais murs du château préserve de la chaleur même par les plus chaudes journées d’été. Le couple d’hôte est très accueillant et avenant. Coup de cœur pour ce château. "

"We stayed as a group of 15, all work colleagues which was perfect as there were enough rooms lots of privacy, lots of bathrooms and enough space for us all to eat together, indoor and outdoors. Johann was on hand for anything we needed and was so welcoming. The property itself is so well located close to the airport and Carcassonne. We thoroughly enjoyed the darts, pool table, hot tub and pool, so much to do!"

"A very nice and quiet place, surrounded by beautiful Nature. In the gite there is everything you need for a good staying. The atmosphere feels very good and the communication with the owners, Pascale and Claude was open en kind. If you search for a good place in this region, this for sure is a good place to stay."

Kitchen was well equipped for large catering including BBQs Bedrooms all individually decorated with en-suite comfort Living areas tastefully decorated and large enough for 7-adults to sit in comfortable Pool was heated, very clean and enjoyed by all set in a spacious garden area All in all great holiday "
