Savoyard Chalet Authentic

Located between Saint-Martin de Belleville and Les Menuires in the hamlet of Saint-Marcel (La Bouitte 3 * Michelin). The chalet is an old barn dating from 1756. Magnificent and clear view of the valley. The departure from the slopes of Saint-Martin is 1 km (large car park) and return to ski possible by marked path. Beautiful living room of 50m² with fitted kitchen and large table for 14 people, 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and WC. A dormitory area on the mezzanine comprising 1 double bedroom (caboche), an alcove with 4 bunk beds and 4 single beds in the play area. Sleeps up to 14 people, ideally 3 couples and 8 children, depending on whether the single beds are used as an adult or child's bed. Sheets and towels can be provided at an additional cost depending on the number of occupants. On the ground floor, a small independent apartment is occupied year-round.

Nice Chalet near St Martin

We were a group of eleven. The chalet is well located within a 5 minute drive to St Martin. The chalet met all of our expectations. Jerome was a good host and attentive to our needs.

- looks nicer than on the fotos - Mr. Bariosz is really friendly and response to emails quickly - If there were any problems the concierge arrived in a short time - We were lucky that there was enough snow to ski directly from the chalet

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le chalet qui est très agréable, la pièce principale avec la cuisine, le poêle et le salon est très sympa. Le billard est aussi un plus. Le seul bémol est la différence de température entre les chambres du haut et celle du bas mais cela est néanmoins supportable. La situation est bonne et la vue dégagée. Nous avons cependant du prendre la voiture pour aller sur les pistes car le chalet est situé à Saint Marcel et non Saint Martin de Belleville ou sont les remontées.

Super chalet et top ski!

Le chalet est magnifique, très confortable et vraiment authentique (tout comme le hameau de Saint-Marcel). La localisation est super et nous sommes partis et rentrés à ski dès qu’il y a eu assez de neige. L’espace de vie avec la cheminée est très convivial et la décoration est trés soignée. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Emplacement optimal à 5’ des télécabines de St Martin. Les + : poêle à bois, billard, grande pièce à vivre. Les - : 1 seul WC, dortoir 4 places sur la mezzanine

Chalet authentique, mais dans un état authentique... Ménage fait que tres superficiellement

Des notre arrivée nous avons fait part au propriétaire de l'état déplorable de propreté dans lequel était ce chalet. A ce stade 3 heures de ménages entre chaque location ne sont pas suffisantes, il faudrait sans doute un grand nettoyage. Il n'est pas normal de louer à ce prix un chalet dans cet état.
