A fantastic home from home apartment on this 3rd floor highly regarded apartment building (has lift). The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate a further 2 people sharing a sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven with bath/shower and separate WC. Direct ski access to the slopes and balcony views of the main ski run out toward the Cascades. The apartment is ideally located close to Ecole ESF and Prosneige Ski Schools. The Property has open plan lounge with kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and separate w.c. There is a fabulous and highly recommended restaurant on the basement/ski level. The apartment is located within a serviced apartment building with communal lounge area with Pool table and gift shop on the Ground Floor. There is a parking very close to the apartment in the Valthoparc 2 payable secured carpark. Rates are reasonable but must be booked at least 7 days in advance - or so their website requests.

Accommodation sits in a fabulously quiet bloc on the slopes. Ski in ski out. Very convenient ski hire and restaurants. Easy access to main shops via a lift and overhead walkway.
The property is very well situated, only few meters from the chairlift with external access to ski locker. There is only one toilet, we were led to believe from the description that there were two toilets. So it is one bathroom with a bath and sink, and then one toilet in a separate room. Also there are two bedrooms but one of the bedroom does not really have a door (it's some kind of sliding doors but there are voids in it so it is like if there was no door. We had a great time, the property was very clean and had enough room for 4 adults. It is furnished ok but does not have a coffee machine.
An epic week in Val Thoren enabled in no small part by the use of this apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for the week and whilst it is a little dated, it has a shabby chic to it that most familiar with ski apartments would fully understand. We travelled as 2 couples and found the apartment to be perfect for the week. While I understand 6 could be accommodated, I think this would take away from the great space. Due to dietary requirements we cooked in the apartment 4 of the 7 nights we were in VT and other than getting used to the electric oven and realising there were only 2 serviceable hobs we had no issues and managed to cook Cottage Pie, Sausage Pasta, Chilli and Beef stew (just to show sufficient kitchen stuff is available to cook). The fantastic location of the apartment meant we often returned for lunch rather than paying for food on the slopes, it really is a 10 second ski/board to the nearest lift! When approaching the apartment we contacted the local host / PoC and we were treated with a super friendly and helpful lady that told us everything we needed to know, couldn't big this up enough after flight delays and travel having someone talk you through everything in such a friendly manner was so welcome. All in all we had a fantastic stay in VT with the apartment being a massive factor in the whole experience.
Great location, right on ski run, you could hear the crunch of the snow under the skis from your unit! Beautiful views and easy walk to a great bakery and a bunch of other great bars and restaurants in Val Thorens. It is a quite small basic unit but has what you need.
The best part of this apartment is it's location, with direct access to the piste from the ski locker and easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. It is 'cozy'- as we were there for 3 weeks, we moved the drawers out of the bedroom so that we could walk down both sides of the bed. Three years ago it was described as tired and we would agree; the hardryer is still not great (actually pretty much unuseable) and the sliding doors are still faulty. It is tastefully furnished, but there are items that need fixing (a light fitting in the lounge and the radiator in the bathroom) and it was a challenge to find a mug without a chip or a crack. As rental owners ourselves, we know it is hard to keep on top of these things, but it needs to be done. Having said all this, we did enjoy our stay and would like to thank Zoe and Daniel for letting us stay in your apartment.
Très bon emplacement et très bonne résidence. Calme appéciable.Très bonne vue de la montagne. Accès skis aux skis très agréable. En revanche l'appartement manque cruellement de suivi (ampoules HS, divers éléments abîmés, poëles 100% HS, matelas HS...).

Heerlijk appartement op top locatie in Val Thorens
Wat een heerlijk appartement, alles aanwezig, dekbedden aanwezig en bedden opgemaakt. Grote afwasmachine en koelkast. Ruime locker, we waren met 6 personen alle ski's en schoenen, stokken pasten er goed in.
We hebben genoten van het uitzicht en het balkon. Vanaf 13.00 uur zon tot zonsondergang. Ook heerlijk terras bij Jasper, super vriendelijk personeel.

The apartment is old but in god condition, the beds could though need an upgrade. Otherwise everything was perfect and the communication have been fast and good. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
Appartement agreable et idealement place en ce qui concerne les pistes et le centre ville de Val Thorens. Avantage des 2 chambres si on séjourne entre adultes. Vue superbe sur les pistes, ensoleillé l'apres midi.

Prime location in Val Thorens, apartment overlooking the Funitel Peclet with direct access to and from the slopes at the buildings ski room. Apartment tastefully furnished in the traditional style including solid pine furniture. Close to supermarkets, a bread/cake shop and an easy to walk to Val Thorens' many pubs and restaurants. The apartment also has lots of kitchen equipment for those wishing to self cater.
Zoe’s apartment is exactly as listed, it’s cozy but then isn’t all accommodation in ski resorts!
It’s perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 but would be a squeeze for 6 people.
It’s in a great location right next to the slopes, lots of restaurants and a lovely bakers close by.
Zoe could not have been more helpful from my initial enquiry through to a minor issue we had while in resort she always replied instantly.
Would definitely stay at her apartment again.
This is our second visit as the location is great on the slopes and the residence has a nice lounge with a pool table . The apartment has some homely touches and is big enough for a family of with two cute bedrooms . My only constructive feedback is that the apartment is looking a little tired and needs updating and decorating with the sliding door faulty and the hairdryer not great but we were told about that. Zoe is a great host very friendly and the housekeeper gave us a late check out and was really helpful . I have my own rental and I just feel that owners need to spend a little to keep it at it's best . It was nicer and cosier than next doors apartment block where my friends stayed and I love Zoes homely touches so all in all we had a great stay and would recommend it here but just needs a little sprucing up xxx
