  • Discover this charming 2-room apartment + mountain corner, family-friendly, 27m² located in the heart of the Bruyères district in the Les Carlines I residence, in Les Menuires. Perfectly oriented south-facing, this bright and carefully arranged accommodation has been renovated and decorated with taste in an Alpine spirit. It offers an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays.



    The apartment has a clever layout with a mountain corner from the entrance consisting of 2 bunk beds (width 80 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, an electric towel rail. A curtain separates this space from the living room, which aims to be warm. It has a sofa bed convertible into a double bed (width 140 cm), a television and a dining area allowing convivial meals around a fondue or raclette appliance. The fully equipped open kitchenette will allow families to prepare delicious meals with its modern equipment such as the grill oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and coffee machine, kettle, toaster. (no microwave)



    The balcony offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, a precious asset to enjoy the landscape and have breakfast in the sunshine.



    The room, spacious and offering a double bed (width 140 cm), also has a French window providing access to the large balcony facing due south.



    Electric radiators and roller shutters will ensure your comfort on cool winter nights.



    Located in the immediate vicinity of ski slopes and allowing ski-in access, this apartment equipped with private ski lockers is a perfect starting point for winter sports enthusiasts. Families will appreciate the proximity to the Aquatic Centre La Bulle for relaxation moments, the Speed Mountain rail sledge, ski lesson departures, and all shops, restaurants, souvenir boutiques, mini-market and especially the bakery with bread made by a master baker at the foot of the residence.



    Please note that the accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, hard floor throughout the apartment, equipped with duvets and pillows. Public parking outside. A processing fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.

    Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 90 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested when collecting the keys from the agency.
