Beautiful duplex apartment in a chalet with shared sauna, 300m from the slopes

The joy of living in a refined duplex apartment. The "Pic de Savoie" flat is a space imbued with a special atmosphere, ideal for living with family or friends. From its south-west-facing balcony, you can watch the children playing in the snow at the foot of the chalet.

The "Pic de Savoie" is a 75m2 duplex flat for 8/11 people, with 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, two bathrooms and two separate toilets.

A sauna (to be shared with the 3 other flats) is available, as well as board games, children's games, DVDs with flat screen and player, and sledges.

A linen service (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) with beds made is available for €150. This option must be specified at the time of booking and paid for in cash on arrival.

Dogs (maximum 2 animals) are also accepted at Chalet du Pré at a fixed price of €50/pet. This option must be specified at the time of booking and is payable in cash on arrival.

If there are many of you, we can offer you other flats in the chalet.

Immeuble vieillissant et pas au niveau d’un 4*.Appartement avec des couchages en nombre, de qualités et très propre, bien équipé. La pièce de vie est pour moi trop petite pour 8 personnes, pas de parking à proximité et guerre de places dispo dans le hameau, obligé de se garer le long de la route et voisins pas souples du tout. En plus mal tombé avec des voisins qui n’ont pas eu le respect des voisins mais là le proprio n’y est pour rien. Dommage.

Location 8 personnes

Le chalet est un peu juste pour 8 personnes au niveau de la pièce à vivre (salon). Les chambres sont spacieuses, peut être manque de rangement sur celle du RDC à 4 lits. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et en cas de problème, les gérants sont extrêmement réactifs. L endroit est très calme et situé à 20 mn à pied de Valmorel centre. Les navettes, par contre, sont au rythme de 2 par heure aussi il faut bien calculer en cas de rdv style ESF par exemple (ce que nous n avions pas) car la marche sur Valmorel peut être un peu longue et pentue avec des petits enfants et le téléski le plus proche était fermé pour manque de neige. Nous étions entre grands ados et adultes donc aucun problème pour monter à pied (sans équipements de ski). Beaucoup de sentiers de randonnées au départ du chalet. Une très belle semaine donc avec beaucoup d informations et d aide si besoin de la part de notre gérante. Fabienne Le Morvan Séjour familial du 17 au 24/02/2024

Beau séjour en famille, sans l'agitation du centre bourg

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet du pré, appartement Pic de Savoie. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour petits et grands. Les balades alentours sont très appréciables particulièrement pour les chiens et non skieurs! La montée jusqu'à la station se fait facilement par la navette ou en voiture. Merci beaucoup pour les conseils et activités recommandées!

Très bon séjour, logement spacieux pour 8 adultes. La localisation est très agréable dans un village calme tout en étant proche des remontées mécanique. Dommage que le sauna n’est pas fonctionné ainsi que la wifi. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Appartement au top assez grand nous étions 8 adultes (3 chambres et une mezzanine). Gestion de la location super très bonne adaptabilite!! Bon emplacement au pied des pistes et a 5" en navette du centre! Ou 25" a pied pour les marcheurs 😉 Je recommande!!

Très agréable.

Le logement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Très confortable pour 8 personnes. La literie est très bien et C est calme. Un bémol sur l absence de rideaux ou autre pour le lit de la mezzanine et impossibilité d avoir accès au wifi durant tout le séjour. L accès aux remontées se fait facilement à pieds. Le système de navette pour se rendre au village est bien géré. C est une bonne adresse dans une station très agréable.

Valmorel is a beautiful village in the mountains with plenty of sky pistes and nice restaurants.

Property is situated at the entrance of Valmorel not far from the Center! This property needs a lot of improvement and definitely a good clean!
