This Cévennes farmhouse, built in 1780, was once a silkworm farm when this region was known for silk production.



Now transformed into a spacious family home, it features authentic natural stone and offers over 180 m² of living space across three levels.



Private pool and parking are available. Electric vehicle charging is possible.



Ideally located near the town of Les Vans and its many shops.



The house provides several inviting indoor and outdoor areas: the garden and terrace with pergola overlooking the pool are perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends.
