It enjoys an exceptional view and you will find all the comforts to spend an excellent holiday with your feet on the most beautiful beaches of the island and at the edge of a swimming pool also with its sun loungers available.

The Baie des Anses villa (top of a fully independent villa with private entrance) is made up of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom including walk-in shower and wc and furniture with storage.

An equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace, a sunny relaxation area with sea view.

The living room is equipped with an electric chair perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. You have access to satellite channels, wifi.

The linen is provided.

You have a private entrance with your garage for the car.

The Pool Area shared with another villa, but with separate entrances.

Vu imprenable sur les Anses d Arlets. Logement bien équipé et bien aménagé. Quartier calme et belle piscine . Toutefois quelques améliorations seraient un plus pour le logement. Petit meuble pour la salle de bains , rideaux occultants dans les chambres , ventilateur dans la salle de vie . Porte de la douche à changer. Bon échange avec le propriétaire.

Très bel endroit paisible avec des atouts importants pour que les résidents des autres villages viennent pour y observer poissons et coraux. La villa est bien mais il y a place encore à des améliorations pour en faire un vrai 4 étoiles selon moi. Certains items comme la cuisinière et l'éclairage sont désuets mais heureux que la place soit la propriété d'un vrai martiniquais d'origine que l'on peut encourager.

Villa agréable, spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Notre hôte, Gilbert, a été à notre écoute et nous a gentillement offert des fruits frais et du rhum dans le frigo. Bonne literie. Le seul bémol est la lumière blanche blafarde dans la maison. Sinon, tout était parfait.
