REF 70FON-6 RUE DES FONTAINES Upon entering, a large hall leads to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin. There is also a separate WC and a large utility room with a washing machine. On the first floor, a beautiful main room opens onto a large terrace offering panoramic views of the lake and the mountain range. This includes a living room with sofas, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a dining area. The large, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and ample storage cupboards. A storage room and a separate WC complete this level. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm) and built-in wardrobes Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm), a cot, and a wardrobe Bedroom 3: a mezzanine bed (140 cm) and two single pull-out beds (90 cm) A bathroom with a bathtub, shower cubicle, and double vanity. There is also a separate WC. Beautiful, fully renovated house in a great location. Courtyard with parking for 3 cars.
