"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"

"A fantastic hotel. A lot of money has been spent renovating it to a high standard. Our room was excellent with an amazing view over the town. The breakfast was generally good, but the hot choices did not have warmers under them and were therefore cold! The receptionists were super helpful with check-in and guiding us to the underground car park. As it is an old hotel, there is more than one lift. The one we used was quirky and tiny - only fitting 2 people with 2 cases."

The property itself shows a bit of age but the rooms have been beautifully renovated. Everything feels clean and well cared for, offering a very pleasant stay. Parking is available just a short walk away, which is convenient given the town’s layout. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations. A wonderful choice if you want both atmosphere and comfort."

"Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!"
