We honestly can't wait to stay here again. A+++++ to every metric of hospitality and comfort. The front office supervisor arranged a domestic travel day for us, helping us avoid many frustrating obstacles and time delays. It was the perfect solution and we were able to visit the historical site we wished. Pool was delightful ~ no outside food/bev permitted, but full service food/bev available. Lovely views of KoLan Island and Pattaya Beach from the pool area, but most rooms have a limited view at the balcony. The northwest end of the building have the rooms with the best views, however they are west facing and so may be quite warm with the afternoon/eve sun. A small workout area, but adequate while vacationing. Delicious breakfast buffet available, at very reasonable prices. Higher end luxury at affordable prices.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I had an excellent stay and all needs were exceeded
