- Check in information wrong; the elevator is out of order. You have to check in at the back side of the hotel
- Poor breakfast
- Door of room very hard to open, so in case of fire/emergency is this problem very dangerous
- Old fashioned room
- Mobile airco is loudy but the room was still warm
- Too expensive for very moderate quality

"Very nice place to stay in Kuopio. Walking distance from center, next to the old harbor. Has good restaurant inside. Very good breakfast. Easy to park also. Best part, in the summer is next to the tennis courts."
