In Leporano Marina, the holiday home "Villa Minetta" boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Vacanza stupenda

Pros: Appena rientrati da una settimana di vacanza. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Casa pulita e dotata di tutto l'occorrente, piscina pulitissima e una vera chicca per poter trascorrere giorni in totale relax. Ideale per per famiglie con bambini e amici a quattro zampe al seguito 😊

Es ging so

Schlichtes Haus. Pool war trotz ankündigung des Vermieters nicht in Betrieb. Viele Ameisen im Haus. Dusche war sehr klein. Für Übergewichtige eher zu klein. Wasserdruck fanden wir sehr wenig. Elektrizität ist ein problem dass nicht gleichzeitig Waschmaschine, Wasserboiler, Kochen, oder Klimanlage etc. angeschaltet werden können. Immer nur 1 Verbraucher. Wlan hat nicht funktioniert.

Una villa indipendente con tanto relax,non potevo chiedere di meglio.

Pros: La piscina,la pulizia,il relax e l indipendenza di una villa completamente accessoriata.Ci ritornerei sicuramente e la gentilezza del proprietario e stata il massimo.Nella villa ho trovato di tutto al mio arrivo,non potevo chiedere di più.PS il mio cane è stato molto felice di stare in giardino libero. Cons: Nulla da dire.
