Con 2 pisos interiores presenta 3 dormitorios, 2 baños con bañeras, bidet y ducha, 1 cocina, 1 salon y comedor con 6 sillas de madera e 4 sillones/maples, 2 terrazas.
Dormitorio I - Cama de pareja para 2 PAX
Dormitorio II - Dos literas individuales hasta 4 PAX
Dormitorio III - Una cama de pareja y una litera hasta 4 PAX.
Hay mas una cama supletoria donde se puede quedar otra persona. .
El salon es amplio, con cheminea.
La terraza con vista al jardin tiene una mesa y 7 sillas, mas 3 tombonas, para disfrutar.
La vivienda esta toda equipada. Tiene cubiertos, olas, sertans, platos y todos los aparatos domesticos en la cocina. Es toda electrica, no hay gas.
La ubicacion es estupenda: Un barrio muy tranquilo, limpio, seguro, cerca del centro y de las playas, pero sin el ruído tipico destes pueblos en el Verano.
Del otro lado de la calle no hay viviendas, pero un jardin con paseo para bicicletas para disfrutar sin problemas hasta lo parque de diversiones de la Antilla, donde hay karting, caballos, etc.
No hay problemas de aparcamiento en el Verano, pues hay muchas plazas para aparcar, lo que es fundamental.
Las llaves estan en una Inmobiliaria del centro de La Antilla, que se
queda a unos 10 m. La Inmobiliaria dara todo el apoyo necesario.
